Here are just a few of the jobs we're most proud of, giving you an idea of what we can do for you:
Mercedes Benz Scale Model Car
We had a request from customer we have in Moscow to urgently ship a model car to Moscow in time for a special occasion.
Lathe
We packed and shipped a Lathe for a customer in Malta. The package was shipped via road.
Parts for Traffic Control System
These parts of a new traffic control system for a new rail bridge in UK, were secured onto pallets ready for UK delivery. The parts were made and then held until the site was ready to receive them.
Power Generator Control Unit
This large power generator control unit was internal braced before being shiped to the far east.
Large Body Scanner
This was a large body scanner weighing over 5000 Kgs. We secured the sacnner to a heavy duty pallet ready for shipment by airfreight to the USA.
Antique Rosewood Table
Antique Rosewood Table before being packed into wooden case ready for shipping. This wood this table was made from is a protected species, so we had to apply to the correct authorities for permission to export.
Vintage Ford Sign
This is a vintage Ford sign we packed and shipped to a customer in California.
Specialist Digger Buckets
Challenge for Dave, how to stack two specialist digger buckets so they can be safely shipped to USA. Due to weight they had to be very securely braced to stop them separating in transit.
Medical Scanner
Used medical scanner that had been taken out of a UK hospital and was now being sent to USA.
Due to the sensitive nature off the goods all the parts had to be sealed into airtight foil bags to prevent any condensation during transit.
Power Station
Phase one of a large project in Malaysia. Parts for a coal fired power station going from the UK to Germany then with rest of the equipment on to Malaysia.
As we could not identify all the equipment we had to take photos of the contents with a no. that we then repeated on the outside of the case. In that way the shipper could identify all the parts and complete his packing list.
Mini
Best option for shipping a customised mini was to pack into a crate so that it could be shipped to its new owner in Australia. We have to make sure all fuel was drained, the battery disconnected and isolated and that all the timber we used in packing complied to the strict Australian regulations.
Air-Conditioning Unit
Parts for an air condition system for a flight simulator Nigeria. Special pallets and cradles were made so that the stacks fitting into the container with mm. to spare.
Vintage Morgan Bulkhead
Our customer is one of a very small number of organisations that are able to restore and repair vintage Morgan vehicles. We have shipped numerous parts over the years for them, this picture is one of the bulkhead of a Morgan and this was shipped to a customer in Australia.
Antique Mahogany Bookcase
This is an Antique Mahogany Bookcase that we recently packed and sent to America. This was sent via Air Freight and as such the height of the unit was an issue. We informed the customer in America about this and asked if we could split the two sections and ship it this way as it would be more cost effective for him that way. Another issue we had was to ensure that the glass was protected during transit, we did this by padding the glass with foam and other protective materials. The final packed size came in comfortably under the 178 cms limit.
Porsche 550 Spyder
This is a replica Porsche 550 Spyder that one of our customers had built and then sold to a private individual. We had to design and build a specialised pallet for the safe transport of it to arrive in Portugal. We also had to create a small ramp in order to get the car onto the pallet without starting the engine. It took all of the team to push it on!

Antique Lamps
Two antique lamps export packed and sent by courier to a residence in Boston, USA.
Case For Large Work Of Art
Local artist we provided case for large work of art to be sent to a customer in Texas. We also did the shipping.
Decorative Glass Panel
Decorative glass panel collected from Croatia on dedicated van, back to our warehouse then timed delivered to central London to be moved by crane to the top of a building.
Hospital Equipment
Another interesting packing requirement from our friends at Flexmort, we were asked to load, secure and pack equipment to go out to the United States. As you can see the chiller trolleys are always an interesting load as we had to focus on securing the wheels and also did not want them touching either which meant we blocked and braced with foam to ensure they reached their destination mark free.
Restored Spitfire Propeller
A repaired and restored propeller from a Spitfire that belongs to the Israeli Air Force. Our customer asked us to provide a case and to load and secure the propeller before sending it back.
Testing Unit Used In Lab
The unit was collected from Tewkesbury and brought to Gloucester Freight Services, where we arranged for it to be foil bagged as per the customers request (it keeps out moisture and protects from humidity), before casing and sending off to the consignee. This unit went to India.
Gas Filtration System
Container sent to India. We arranged the packing of the goods and had to specially modify crates, to enable the goods to be protected before shipment. (Click image to view more photos)

Air Conditioning Units
Air Conditioning units for housing units based in Oman. We arranged collection, packing and certified documentation for the shipment.
Bracing of Control Rooms
We did all the internal bracing of these control rooms and then arranged the wrapping before they were shipped overseas.
Concrete Press
Due to it's height, the unit had to be loaded onto a low loader trailer in Gloucester before being transferred to a flat rack container in the docks ready for shipment to India. (Click image to view more photos)
Control system for a flour mill
Control system for a flour mill in Nigeria, packed in individual wooden cases with extra waterproof protection in case they were stored outside. Airfreighted to Nigeria and all paperwork prepared for the customer so they could get paid.
Sleds for Expeditions
See the image for two different types of sleds that we have recently cased and sent to opposite sides of the world. One sent to Canada, in preparation for an expedition to the North Pole and the second to Sydney, for exploration of Antartica!
Bentley Dashboard
On a tight deadline and going into a major exhibition in Germany to demonstrate our customers design skills. Prototype Bentley dashboard sent to Germany for exhibition.
Go Carts to go to Mexico
How to get 16 Go Carts into 1 x 20 foot container. Build special frames so they can be stood on end and then secure to side of the container to stop the moving during transit.
Lamborghini engine
This Lamborghini engine was shipped all the way to New Zealand.
Messerschmidt
Car had been fully restored so could not mark the paintwork. Needed to be fully cased as from Sweden it was then going onto Russia. 1958 Messerschmidt KR201 Roadster shipped to Sweden.
Minis
To make best use of the space frames were built so cars could be stacked two high.
Motorbike
Motorbike packaged and ready to send to the USA
Searoader vehicle
Not drivable or in best condition, special care had to be taken to lift the car into 1 x 20 foot container to avoid damaging the waterproof sealed underside.
Zonda
An insurance write off but going back to the manufacturer to be repaired. Secured to a heavy duty pallet so that it could be safely transport on standard transport.
